Grants another action to target ally, and if Canto has already been triggered by target ally, re-enables Canto. At start of player phase or enemy phase, grants 【Draconic Hex】and【Preempt Pulse】to unit and allies within 3 spaces of unit for 1 turn. At start of turn, grants "unit can move 1 extra space" (that turn only; does not stack) to target allies within 3 spaces of unit (if support partner other than cavalry with a Range = 2 is on player team, targets any support partner; otherwise, targets ally with the highest Atk at start of battle, excluding unit and cavalry allies with Range = 2; "at start of battle" excludes increases to Atk granted after ally is deployed, such as Legendary Effects, Mythic Effects, Bonus Heroes, Great Talent, etc.). (Cannot target an ally with Sing or Dance. This skill treated as Sing or Dance.) 【Draconic Hex】 Inflicts Atk/Spd/Def/Res-5 on foe during combat and inflicts penalty on each of those stats = 5 - current penalty on each of those stats during combat for 1 turn (min 0; calculates each stat penalty independently). 【Preempt Pulse】 Grants Special cooldown count-1 to unit before unit's first attack during combat.
